Get to know me...

I am a bilingual Multimedia Journalist and Producer determined to excel in the broadcasting industry and make my way towards sports. My experience encompasses various aspects of the field, including on-camera reporting, line producing, video production, AP Style writing, video and audio editing, sports research and social media.

Throughout my life, I have learned valuable lessons that have shaped me into an ambitious, motivated, caring and loyal leader. I embrace critical thinking and take calculated risks to improve myself continually. In my internships and freelance work, I have conducted sideline reporting using pre- and post-game interviews to inform audiences about sporting events, whether on camera or in writing. Most of my experience stems from my undergraduate education and my recent studies at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. This includes serving as on-camera talent, reading from teleprompters and going live on location. My video production skills include camera operations, audio operations, directing and creating social media stories, posts and reels. I have also learned to write in AP Style through my education and apply it to my work outside the classroom. These skills have shaped me into the hardworking journalist I am today.

I aim to achieve the highest level of sports reporting by earning my place as an MMJ, Producer, or on-camera talent for a sports or news station. I am determined to create the life I want through hard work. I am open to learning and building lifelong connections to ensure my future career thrives. My goal is to succeed in the sports broadcasting industry, and I am confident that my work ethic will enable my professional growth.
